Reality star Jessica Brody has warned fitness fanatics not to push themselves too hard in the gym.
The 33-year-old, who starred in The Bachelor, Bachelor In Paradise and The Challenge, shared a photo on Instagram of her blisters on her hand.
“Baby deadlift hands part 2. I also lost my sight today in the supermarket after the gym and had to sit on the floor for 20 minutes,” she captioned the image.

Jessica’s message comes after she recently lost thousands of dollars in sponsored social media deals after losing access to her Instagram account in December.
She was kicked off her account after a security flaw.

Despite being verified with a blue checkmark and having nearly 350,000 followers, the former model was denied access to her account for weeks.
Jessica, who has endorsement deals with brands like Culture Kings and Emma Mattress, lost thousands of dollars in revenue as a result.
Meanwhile, the brunette, who works as a tattoo artist in Melbourne, recently moved in with her The Challenge co-star Konrad Bien-Stephen after struggling to find her own apartment in Melbourne’s competitive housing market.

“The only reason I’m living with Konrad is because my living situation just got a little tricky, and he’s really helped me a lot,” she told Yahoo Lifestyle in November.
“He’s been a really great friend. He goes on dates and stuff and I fuel him up and tell him he looks great. It’s a completely platonic relationship and there’s absolutely nothing romantic about it,” she added.
Jess has since moved into her own house and lives off her earnings as a tattoo artist.
