The revelation comes after Spencer discussed an argument with his wife as they “cheer each other up” when collaborating on their podcast.
The duo are known for their light-hearted banter in their chatty series.
But Spencer revealed there are some behind-the-scenes arguments over their outspoken views and joked that he doesn’t always find Vogue’s topics “particularly interesting.”
In conversation with Roman Kemp op Capital Breakfast on Wednesday he explained, “We argue from time to time, and the podcast makes it worse because it’s an elevated version of normal conversation.
“If you have an opinion, you might make it stronger than you normally would.”
He added, “Some of the things she wants to talk about I don’t find particularly interesting, and vice versa, on the podcast I meant!” The format is designed to cheer each other up a bit!
“We certainly don’t have the most perfect relationship, but we’re best friends and we spend a lot of time together, but of course we fight every now and then.
“The podcast can often be the point where we need to get back together, so it’s like, ‘We know we’re recording at 2, so shall we just park the argument?’ otherwise it will be a pretty bad episode.’

It comes after Spencer shared an emotional photo of a memorial to his late brother Michael on Mount Everest, which has been covered in prayer shawls by strangers.
Michael Matthews died at the age of 22 in 1999 while climbing the highest mountain in the world, after becoming the youngest Briton to ever summit.
Spencer follows his older brother’s exact steps on a mission to find his body for his Finding Michael movie on Disney+.
The former Made In Chelsea star has now revealed the family has set up a cairn, [a man-made pile (or stack) of stones raised for a purpose]dedicated to Michael when they couldn’t find his body at Thukla pass in Chukla Lare.
The Pass is home to over 100 memorials to those who lost their lives in the mountains.
Spencer shared a remarkable photo on Instagram showing the memorial when it was first erected in 1999 – and what it looks like today, with dozens of prayer shawls left there by strangers.
Wearing a baby blue fleece, beanie and gloves to protect herself from the elements, the reality star stood beside the memorial, in awe of the many who kindly left a tribute to his brother.
Alongside the post, he wrote, “On the path to Everest, you will arrive at Thukla Pass in Chukla Lare, home to a collection of stupas (cairns), commemorating some of those taken by the mountain.
“Shortly after Michael died and there was no body, we had one built for him so that he could be remembered on this beautiful path.
“Last year I visited Mike’s and found it all covered in prayer shawls. Swipe for what it looked like in 1999.’
