Toddler twin brother and sister BOTH drown in outdoor pool of family’s Oklahoma mansion
Young twin brothers just 18 months old drowned in a pool at their family mansion after their great-grandmother with Alzheimer’s left a door open.
Locklyn and Loreli Callazzo were found at the bottom of the murky fountain at their parents’ $565,000 Oklahoma City home on Thursday.
His mother, 37-year-old Jenny Callazzo, made the horrific discovery and was seen administering CPR by Oklahoma City firefighters when they arrived on scene.
Jenny, a stay-at-home mom who runs a bow boutique, lives on the property with her grandmother, six children and her husband Sonny, 42, a marketing executive.
A relative of the family claims that Jenny’s grandmother, who has Alzheimer’s, left the back door open, allowing the twins access to the pool.
They added: ‘Please pray for the twins’ brothers and our entire family.’
Jenny Callazzo, 37, found Locklyn and Loreli, 18 months old, at the bottom of cloudy water outside Thursday at their $565,100 home in Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma City firefighters arrived at the property to find that Callazzo had already pulled the children from the water and was administering CPR.
The young children were found in the pool of the Cobblestone neighborhood home around 10:45 a.m. and confirmed dead at 1:00 p.m.
Aerial images of the house showed a pool filled with dark green water, apparently the result of thick algae.
Police have launched an investigation into the deaths, but added that they do not appear to be criminal in nature.
Just days before the tragic incident, he posted photos of the twins outside the property with the caption “I just want to play outside.”
TO GoFundMe has been established to help the family with expenses following the death of young children and has so far raised $5,000 of a goal of $7,500.
It read: ‘These beautiful babies were taken from us too soon. Anything you can give to help with the expenses will be greatly appreciated. We appreciate everyone’s love and support.’
The Oklahoma City Fire Department said they are not sure how long the young children were in the pool.
Neighbors described witnessing a distraught Jenny climb into the back of an EMS vehicle as paramedics scrambled to save the young children.

Rescuers continued CPR on the children as they were transported to Baptist Hospital, but they were pronounced dead once they arrived.
Greg Merrell, OKCFD battalion chief, said: “It was a man and a woman… They were brothers.”
Locals also confirmed that the family had lived on the property for about a year prior to the tragic incident.
Neighbor Mike Bernard told News 4: ‘It’s certainly disturbing. And, you know, my prayers are with that family because little children are precious.
“Two young children were taken out and put into separate ambulances. And they were doing CPR on both young children.
“I saw the mother who was in distress, who got into an EMS vehicle.”
The Oklahoma City Fire Department said they are not sure how long the young children were in the pool.

OU Health Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator Laura Gamino said: ‘I just want to send the family my sincere condolences.
‘From Safe Kids Oklahoma City Metro and Oklahoma Children’s Hospital, [we’re] much, much to hear this. It’s just tragic.
‘Anything can happen in an instant… Children are drawn to water and young children will not have the skills to help themselves out of the water… Drowning is very sudden and very silent.
“Sometimes people have the idea that a child will have problems in the water and will scream, but they can’t because they have a mouth full of water. So it’s very quiet, and that’s one of the scariest things.
She recommended that anyone who owns a pool install a four-foot-high fence around it with a gate that small children cannot open.
