A TikTok prankster banned from uploading videos to social media after he “endangered” a family by walking into their home while pretending to look for a study group, a court heard.
Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, known on social media as ‘Mizzy’, is behind a string of spoofs including stealing a woman’s dog, tearing up library books and jumping into strangers’ cars.
One of his videos shows him saying, “Walking into random houses, let’s go,” before he and two others entered the building.
O’Garro, of Manor Road, Hackney, appeared before Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and admitted that he had failed to comply with a community protection notice.
He was fined £200 and will have to pay a £80 surcharge with £85 in prosecution costs. His TikTok account has been deleted and he also got a criminal conduct warrant, which means he can never do that re-uploading a video without the consent of everyone appearing in it.

The 18-year-old posted a ‘prank’ video on TikTok of him entering a private home without permission
O’Garro appeared in court wearing a black hoodie and a face mask. He spoke only to confirm his name, age and address, and to admit that he had once failed to comply with a warning from the community.
Prosecutor Varinder Hayre told the court that O’Garro had been issued a community protection notice on May 11 last year and that two of the conditions were that he did not infringe on private property.
Ms Hayre said he subsequently breached that notice by entering a home on May 15 this year.
“He went to the victim’s home address,” she said.
“The woman was cleaning the patio when he came into her house. Mr. O’Garro entered the premises and descended the stairs. He was stopped by the homeowner. Mr. O’Garro went into the living room and sat on the sofa.
He was asked to leave several times by both the victim and her husband. He ignored their request and continued at their home address. The next day it turned out that he had filmed the entire incident.
“It was spread on social media. The victim was unaware that Mr. O’Garro was recording the incident. He captured the faces of her husband and children. She strongly feels that he has put her family in danger.’
Lee Sergent, defensively, said, “The first thing to say on Mr. O’Garro’s behalf is that he’s sorry. It was never his intention to cause any disturbance or confusion by his actions. It’s fair to say that he believed what he was doing was a harmless prank.

“He has now had an opportunity to reflect and realizes that what he did was very stupid and very wrong and recognizes that it must have been extremely shocking to the family whose home he entered.”
Mr Sergent added: ‘The problem with social media is that content is not celebrated on the basis of its quality or social value, but the amount of likes and followers.
“He was pushed to some extent to do more and more content to get more likes and followers.”
District Judge Charlotte Crangle said, “I saw the footage and I can see exactly why the people who lived in that house were so upset and saddened that day.
“I’m reassured by the fact that you expressed regret and went back to apologise. I hope your time in custody has given you time to reflect on your behavior.”
The court-ordered criminal conduct order means O’Garro can’t upload video content to social media without the consent of those in the videos and he is not allowed to enter private property.

In another of his TikTok pranks, O’Garro walked up to women in public as if they were his mother

As part of another “prank,” the TikToker stole a woman’s dog sitting in the park

Detective Chief Superintendent James Conway of the Central East Command Unit added: ‘I am not underestimating the widespread unease, fear and anxiety these videos caused.
“Some people call these ‘prank’ videos, but I hope this important development shows how seriously we are taking this research since this footage has been circulating online.”
Earlier this week, Met police said in a statement: “The arrest follows an investigation into social media footage showing a number of incidents, including apparently unsolicited approaches to members of the public on the street or in transport, and entering of addresses without the apparent consent of the owners.’
