Athletes have long soaked in ice baths or used ice packs for recovery and to help numb pain.

The tanks are submerged below sub-zero temperatures through the use of cryogenic nitrogen vapor and reach negative 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

It comes after Mark’s fitness app Train Wright suffered a £20,000 loss after the company he used to help set up the business went bankrupt.

The reality star installed the healthy living app to help keep people fit during the coronavirus lockdown.

It secured funding from Captalyst Global to get the app up and running, which costs users £7.42 per month.
