The model, 52, is enjoying a sunny trip Down Under with husband Rod Stewart, 78, as he embarks on his latest tour.
Penny showed off her impressive figure as she slipped into a dark red patterned bikini while frolicking.
The Loose Women star let her blonde locks fall loosely over her shoulders and also wore sunglasses.
The media personality at one point wrapped herself in an animal print kaftan while sipping a smoothie.

Penny was joined on the outing by her sons Alistair, 18, and Aidan, 12, who were spotted taking a surfing lesson with their mother watching.
Penny arrived at the beach in a sheer gold mini dress that she paired with a matching handbag.
The presenter also donned a tan sun hat and carried a cream colored purse as she enjoyed some rest and relaxation during the journey.
After taking a dip, Penny worked on her tan as she lay back on the sand chatting with Alastair.
Rod was on a tour of Australia, and while he was busy serenading his fans, Cent enjoyed some sightseeing Down Under.
The model turned policewoman shared a sweet snap of herself cuddling up with an adorable koala while visiting The Sydney Zoo in Eastern Creek on Wednesday.
Rod recently revealed that Penny will be serving as a police officer at the King’s Coronation concert in May.
Penny applied to become a special agent after participating in the reality TV show Famous and Fighting Crime where she joined agents on the beat.

He continued, “My greatest pleasure is performing for you, so I’m doing everything I can to recover and be back on stage!”
Now the British singer, 78, has moved the anticipated concert at Mt Duneed Estate, which he will perform with Cyndi Lauper and Jon Stevens, to Friday.
In a statement he aired Thursday, the rock star said he’s “feeling great” and asked fans to “please hold onto your tickets.”
The crooner is currently touring the country with Lauper, 69, and Stevens, 61, and the trio performed together for the first time in Perth on March 11.
