Neighbors of ‘waste of space’ TikTok ‘prankster’ say he has made their lives a ‘living hell’

A TikTok user’s neighbors behind a series of vile pranks have described how he made their lives a “hell” and waged a “terror campaign,” leaving many of them too scared to leave their homes.

Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, from Stoke Newington, north London, who goes by the name ‘Mizzy’, sparked horror last week when he stormed into a family’s home with a group of other young men.

It’s one of a series of sick videos he’s made to try and become a social media star. His antics include filming himself stealing an elderly woman’s dog, which visibly upset her; running up to women and asking them to “die”; knocking people off bikes and riding off on them and jumping in or on their cars.

Stoke Newington is home to a large Orthodox Jewish community, many of whom are targeted by Mr O’Garro in his social media videos.

Earlier this year, he was arrested for harassing local Orthodox Jews, with a video showing him approaching a man at a bus stop before placing his hands over his victim’s shoulders and attempting to leapfrog.

In a second video, he was seen riding a bicycle wearing a traditional hat and saying, “Guys, I’m a fucking Jew.”

As anger over his videos mounted, Mr O’Garro was arrested by police earlier this week and today appeared before Thames Magistrates’ Court on charges of failing to comply with a community protection order, issued earlier this year after several from his past TikTok videos.

But locals in the area where he lives demanded a harsher sentence and that he be imprisoned or banned from returning to the neighborhood for making their lives “hell.”

Mr O’Garro lives with his mother Donna in an apartment on the top floor of a shabby house on a wide leafy road in Stoke Newington.

Joanne, who declined to give her last name, said: “I’ve known Bacari all his life and ever since he got into Tik Tok he’s been nothing but trouble.

“There are a lot of people here who have been harassed by him in his videos. He’s broken into people’s homes, stolen their groceries, or pushed them off their bikes.

“The police always go to his house, but so far they haven’t been able to stop him. The boy is a nightmare, this is a beautiful area, but he’s ruining it for many of us. He must be kept out of here for our safety.’

Francis, another neighbor, cried, “We’ve had enough of Bacari, he must be banned from this area.

“A community protection order is not enough, because he cannot be trusted to behave. He may think he’s funny, but he’s ruining our lives.

‘Bacari is a Tik Tok terror and a waste of space. Everyone here knows what he’s like. Many people are too scared to go out and when they do they always look over their shoulders at Bacari and his mates.

“No one has a good word to say about him. We’re tired of his stupid behavior and the videos he makes.’

All the neighbors MailOnline spoke to said they were too afraid to give their full names or be photographed and claimed that Mr. O’Garro was part of a larger group of high-profile teens who helped him make his videos.

Ahmed, who lives on the same road as him, said: ‘There’s a whole gang of them and they’re all useless idiots who take great pride in scaring us, the locals.

“You never know what they’re going to do next, and a lot of people are too scared to go out or confront them.

“These kids think they’re funny, but they’re just a bunch of idiots causing a lot of suffering. They should all be locked up.’

Members of the local Orthodox Jewish community, one of the largest in the country, claimed they felt deliberately targeted by Mr. O’Garro, whom they know well.

Amos Cohen told MailOnline, “Bacari is a waste of space. We all know who he is and we avoid him. He has done many terrible things to the Jewish community and is laughing at us.

“It’s only a matter of time before someone stands up to him and knocks him out, but really the police should do everything they can to make sure he’s stopped.”

Mickey, another local resident, revealed how Mr. O’Garro stole a traditional hat worn by Jewish men from a relative of his.

He added: ‘Bacari is a threat. If he doesn’t stop, he should be forced to leave the area.

“We all know who he is and no one likes him. All social media channels should ban him and the courts should lock him up.

“He’s upsetting a lot of people, and this can’t go on.”

Mr. O’Garro’s TikTok account has been deleted.

His YouTube, which has nearly 39,000 subscribers, was also deactivated, with a message saying it had violated the platform’s terms of service.

In the latest video of Mr. Posted Monday, O’Garro bragged about how his videos had “exploded” since the outcry over his “home invasion” video.

And he crowed that criticizing his sick stunts only helped him by generating more views and engagement.
