Made in Chelsea star Ruby Adler and boyfriend Nicholas Sinclair had a terrifying experience this week when they were rushed to hospital due to a gas leak at home.
Ruby, 26, shared a series of posts on her Instagram stories on Friday saying they were home when a carbon monoxide alarm went off.
Ruby said an ambulance was called to take them to the ER to see if the pair were suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Ruby assured her followers that she was fine and was allowed to go home, but urged her followers to have a carbon monoxide alarm installed.
She said their alarm “saved their lives” after it detected the toxic gas leak in their home.
According to the NHS, ‘carbon monoxide gas is colorless and doesn’t smell, so you can’t tell if it’s around you’.
If you are poisoned from too much exposure to the gas, you can become extremely unwell.

“Last night was really scary… our carbon monoxide alarm went off and the fire department arrived right away,” she wrote.

She said the couple went for blood tests at the hospital after arriving there by ambulance.
“Carbon monoxide is a gas that can kill you quickly and is called the “silent killer” because it is colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-irritating.”
“I can’t stress enough to anyone reading this how important it is to have a carbon monoxide alarm in your home. We were told that if we had let it sit much longer and we had been exposed to much more carbon monoxide, the outcome would have been very different.’
She added: ‘Very grateful that we are both well… Last night everything seemed trivial apart from being healthy… I am very grateful to the NHS today. Sending love to everyone.’
Ruby went public with Nicholas over Christmas.
