He was shocked last week when he revealed he shaved off his famous curly hair to undergo a hair transplant in Turkey.
And with his latest bald look, actor Lee Mead proudly showed off his new look as he went to play miniature golf with his rarely seen girlfriend Issy.
The 41-year-old had a big smile on his face as he posed for a photo with Issy, who he’s been in a relationship with since meeting her six years ago during high school.

They were joined by his daughter Betsy, 12, from his marriage to Denise Van Outen and his stepson Alfie, Issy’s son from a previous relationship.
Lee captioned the image with the words, “Family time #Puttshack #IndoorGolf.”
His post comes after Lee shared a photo of himself sitting in a barber chair in Istanbul, Turkey, with a surgical marker written on his scalp.

Casualty star Lee is best known for his role as Ben ‘Lofty’ Chiltern on the medical drama and spin-off series Holby City.
Since starring in the series, Lee played Billy Flynn in Chicago as the show embarked on a national UK tour.
In the photos shared to his Instagram, Lee wore a barber’s dress and smiled sheepishly as his long locks were shaved off.
The clinic, Hair of Istanbul, offers the ‘microsurgery’ to anyone ‘between the ages of 18 and 60 who have experienced hair loss for any reason’.

Pricing for the procedure at the clinic is unknown, but their website states that it varies depending on the number of hair follicles grafted.
The NHS states that hair transplants in the UK can cost anywhere from £1,000 to £30,000.
It comes after Lee talked about how he didn’t make a dime in 2020 after his job opportunities were thwarted by the coronavirus pandemic.

The actor revealed that he had theater and cruise ship work planned for this year, but that was all canceled due to the global crisis that hit in March.
The West End star admitted to the Sun that he regretted leaving Holby three months before Covid-19 hit as it would give him a steady income.
He told the publication at the time, “It’s been a tough year financially, because everything was drawn, including a tour, cruises and business work, so I’ve literally had no financial income for the whole year and I’ve pretty much been living off savings.” .

Despite his troubled year, things seem to be going well for Lee, who has just released a Christmas single – In My Arms for Christmas – and is taking part in a pantomime.
