Kate Bosworth steps out solo in LA as her divorce from Michael Polish is revealed

Kate Bosworth was seen for the first time since she reportedly finalized her divorce from Michael Polish after sparking engagement rumors with Justin Long last week.

As she reportedly prepares to take the next step in her relationship with the He’s Just Not That Into You actor, who she began dating in 2021, the Blue Crush star, 40, has finally agreed the terms of the breakup settled between her and Polish.

On her last sighting in Los Angeles on Friday, she had her hands buried in the pockets of her fuzzy camel coat while walking through her neighborhood.

In new court documents obtained by The blastthe actress will reportedly not have to pay alimony to her ex-husband, who shares his adult daughter Jasper with his ex-wife Jo Strettell.

She will “keep all her intellectual property” and her place in Pasadena, while he will keep his Montana residence and several motorcycles.

In August 2021, she and Polish announced they were separating after ten years together, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

While posing for photos on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, Bosworth seemingly wore a huge diamond ring on her left hand.

After the bash, the Superman Returns actress posted a photo of herself holding a champagne glass, with her ring fully exposed, as she kissed her man.

The pair first sparked relationship rumors in the spring of 2021, met during an unnamed film project in Arkansas, and hooked up from the very beginning.

Kate was previously married to 52-year-old film director Michael Polish, with whom she tied the knot in 2013.

The pair stayed together for nearly a decade before announcing their split last year, leading Kate to file for divorce in July.

Justin’s list of Hollywood exes includes A-listers Amanda Seyfried and Drew Barrymore, who he spoke to in a September 2022 interview about Kate.

Drew said, “It’s true and I’m so glad you’re in this equally amazing relationship. I’m just so happy because you deserve to be happy. I am so happy for you.’

Justin commented, “She does all those things. And she adores you. She is the most supportive, most wonderful. You would love hanging out with her. We all go out together.’

The Zack and Miri Make a Porno star rhapsodized, “She’s deeply compassionate and can’t hurt anyone, but she can be a villain. She likes to tease. She has the sweetest, softest lips I’ve ever kissed.’

Other highlights of Justin’s post included the statement that Bosworth is “going to write such an amazingly inspiring book one day” and that she’s “the most fun to do anything with.”
