The The husband of slain Labor MP Jo Cox led criticism last night over a new film depicting an attempted assassination of Boris Johnson.
Killing Boris Johnson, which premieres this week at the Cannes Film Festival, describes the former prime minister as a ‘f****** twat’.
The main character, played by Shadrach Agozino, buys a Boris mask and takes a gun to an elementary school attended by Mr. Johnson with the intention of shooting him for his behavior during Partygate.
The film, made by the National Film and Television School (NFTS), features the BBC Studios logo in the credits.
