Heidi Klum sparks plastic surgery rumors as side-by-side comparison of her 2018 and 2023 goes viral
Heidi Klum has sparked frenzied rumors that she has undergone plastic surgery after a side-by-side comparison of their five-year difference went viral.
The popular Instagram account CelebFace shared before and now photos of a host of celebrities to compare their looks at the 2018 and 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar parties.
Among the famous faces that were examined were Kylie Jenner, Naomi Campbell and Gigi Hadid.
But the star who caused the biggest stir was Klum, 49, who fans said had been “aging backwards.”

The 49-year-old attended the event in a shimmering sea green dress, but it’s not the dress that gets people talking online.
She looked just as radiant at Elton John’s annual viewing party in 2018 (left) as she did at the event earlier this year (right).
In the gallery, which has received more than 31,000 likes so far, the Heidi Klum comparison was the most striking.
The first image, taken in 2018, showed the then-44-year-old smiling towards the camera in an off-the-shoulder yellow satin dress with loose shoulder-length hair.
In the second photo, taken earlier this month, Klum radiated glamor as she arrived at the star-studded event.
Although she hid her forehead behind full bangs, it was her smooth face and taut complexion that caused the biggest stir.
Dozens of social media users were quick to flood the post with praise for the model’s enduring youth.
One wrote: ‘How the hell did Heidi Klum reverse her age? Looking iconic.
Another quipped: “Who did Heidi sacrifice because she looks younger than everyone?”
And a third simply commented: ‘Heidi looks so much younger now.’
Klum (pictured on the Victoria’s Secret runway in 2000) has often spoken about speculation that she’s underwent surgery, but has always denied having any procedures.
Dozens of social media users were quick to flood the post with praise for the model’s enduring youth.
However, there were many who thought there was something more artificial behind her flawless appearance.
One speculated, “Hell, I didn’t know Heidi Klum had a facelift.”
Another added: “Heidi Klum has an EXCELLENT surgeon.”
Someone else wrote: ‘I want to know what Heidi Klum did.’
Klum has often spoken about speculation that he had gone under the knife, but has publicly denied having procedures on any part of his face or body.
In 2012, he told Seduce: ‘Ask me again when I’m 65, but… I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I’ve done nothing.
The mother-of-four (left in 2005, right in 2016) has previously said she isn’t afraid of getting old as much as she is afraid of going under the knife.
However, there were many who thought there was something more artificial behind her flawless appearance.
Everyone has a vision of what is beautiful and what is not beautiful, and [surgery] It just doesn’t look pretty. Especially when I see it on very young girls.
“I don’t want to name names, but it’s like ‘wow, I remember you five years ago, you looked so beautiful, and now it’s like… who is this person?’
And I know girls half my age who do. What are they going to do at 40 or 50, when the shit really hits the fan?
And the mother-of-four later reiterated her claims when she said she isn’t afraid of getting old as much as she is afraid of going under the knife.
“Botox or bangs,” she told Access Hollywood Live. I’m going for the bangs.
Klum continued: “I’m afraid that all of a sudden you’re changing too much, your face starts to change.
“It would be very difficult for me to look in the mirror and see something that I am not used to seeing. I would be afraid!
