The presenter participated in Strictly Come Dancing 16 years ago.
And on Friday, an emotional Gethin Jones, 45, wiped away tears when told he had raised more than £1 million for Comic Relief thanks to his 24-hour danceathon.
The BBC Morning Live presenter bent his way through the night dressed as Pixar’s Mr. Incredible in an effort to raise money, which continues to rise.
Gethin was joined by his co-stars Kimberley Walsh and Helen Skelton live on air for the final countdown to completing his charity danceathon.
Gold confetti rained down on them after the ticker ran down, and he told viewers, “This party sums it up.” All the overnight messages were phenomenal.
