A man who was reportedly beaten to death by two men on balance bikes is remembered by his community as a “beautiful soul.”
Bradley Frost, 62, suffered serious head injuries after he was reportedly attacked by two men on balance bikes in his driveway in Victoria Drive, Modbury in north-east Adelaide.
The emergency services were called to a building just after 3 p.m. on Thursday after reports of an attack.
Paramedics rushed Mr Frost to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he died the following day.
Police launched an investigation into the incident, which they deemed ‘not a random attack’.

He suffered serious head injuries after he was reportedly attacked by two men while in his driveway in Victoria Drive, Modbury in north-east Adelaide.
Officers arrested a 32-year-old man just after 5 p.m. on Friday for the alleged brutal assault.
He was charged with aggravated assault causing serious harm and was denied bail.
The charge is expected to be upgraded to a more serious charge of murder or manslaughter after the death of the 62-year-old.
Following the news of Mr. Frost’s death, neighbors paid their respects to the beloved resident who they said was “always ready to help.”
Leonie and Micheal Fraser told The advertiser Mr Frost was ‘the light’ of Victoria Drive and was like family to them.
“We are all very sad because Brad was a loved member of the community, especially our street,” said Ms Fraser.
“We’ve only lived here about six years and he’s been like a family member since we moved here.”
“He was always trying to make the place better… he was the light of the street.”
Another Victoria Drive resident, Niranjan Dasari, described Mr Frost as a ‘gentle giant’.

Police continue to search for a second man in connection with the alleged attack, described as a slim build Aboriginal man wearing a white shirt, dark shorts and a white baseball cap.
They are calling on anyone who has seen the man to contact the police.
The pair allegedly rode a pushbike between 2:45 and 3:30 p.m. Thursday, traveling southwest along North East Road and south on Reservoir Rd.
They may have been sighted Thursday afternoon on Victoria Drive, Montacute Road and McIntyre Road.
